Guam launched a Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Campaign in 2012. The campaign encourages alcohol retailers to become training certified to prevent underage drinking and binge drinking throughout the U.S. Territory. Sample materials include a Server Button, Door Sticker, Establishment Sign, and Training Flier.
