Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

MADD’s Web site includes information about MADD’s initiatives to

prevent impaired driving, reduce underage drinking, and provide

assistance to victims of alcohol-related traffic crashes. In addition,

one can find a compilation of facts and statistics on underage drinking

and traffic crashes, daily news summaries, and a comprehensive set

of links to related Web sites.

National Commission Against Drunk Driving


NCADD is a non-profit organization of public and business leaders

who are dedicated to preventing impaired driving. The Web site provides

information on its initiatives and publications. One of NCADD’s

targeted groups for prevention is underage drinkers. Other resources

include a compilation of State DUI laws, a series of traffic safety

research abstracts, and links to related Web sites.

National Drunk and Drugged Driving (3D)

Month Program Planner

This online guide provides tips, factsheets, and ads that can be

used for planning activities for 3D Month, a public awareness initiative

on impaired driving.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration


The NHTSA Web site Alcohol and Drugs section (link to:

compiles NHTSA’s latest impaired driving prevention activities and

publications, including initiatives targeted at underage drinkers.

NHTSA regularly updates its activities in the Impaired Driving Report.

SADD: Students Against Destructive Decisions

The SADD Web site provides information on the organization and its

chapters. SADD is currently sponsoring the 2000 X 2000 Campaign
